If we've recently worked on your vehicle and something doesn't seem right, contact us.
We take warranty concerns seriously. We'll listen, ask questions, inspect the concern when appropriate, and help determine the right next step.
If a repair issue is related to our previous work, we'll stand behind it.
If a concern proves to be unrelated, outside the scope of the original repair, or the result of a separate vehicle condition, diagnostic charges may apply — but our first priority is understanding the concern and helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Wear Items & Special Situations
Some components naturally wear over time, and coverage can vary depending on the component, operating conditions, vehicle condition, and the nature of the concern.
Brake Noise
We commonly stand behind brake noise concerns for the life of the brake pad when no unrelated underlying issue is present.
Other wear-related concerns are evaluated similarly based on the repair history, vehicle condition, and overall circumstances.
Our philosophy is straightforward: If you believe a concern may be related to our work, bring it to us. We'll take it seriously.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Labor warranty is 60 Months / 75,000 Miles, whichever occurs first.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Warranty repairs must be performed by Sherwood Auto Repair unless otherwise authorized or processed through an applicable nationwide warranty program.
- Warranty liability shall not exceed the original repair amount.
- Diagnostic charges may apply for unrelated concerns, separate failures, or conditions determined to be outside warranty coverage.
